How to Make Chunky Blueberry Maple Syrup 

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.

Bring to a boil on medium heat. Then lower the heat slightly and simmer for about 5 minutes. The blueberries will burst but should still be chunky.

Note: The sauce will initially thin as the syrup heats up and but thicken up again as it cools.

Garnish with grated lemon peel.
