Steamed Bussel Sprouts
As with all greens, the key to prefect looking and tasting sprouts is to steam them until they are vibrant green and just cooked all the way through.

How to Make Brussel Sprouts
Wash the Brussel sprouts.
Trim the ends and discard outer leaves that come off along with it.
Place in a large enough saucepan and add enough water to come up to about 1 inch from the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with salt. Place lid on top.
Turn on the heat to Medium. Once the water starts boiling reduce to medium-low and continue to cook for about 10 minutes total.
The sprouts should still be vibrant green and cooked perfectly through.
Remove lid and serve hot.
